On the Friday Before Christmas...

And all through the house.....

Is clutter, the messes! And NO TREE YET. Yep, that's right! Again this year, we are waiting until the last minute to get the tree up. Oh well. We'll probably have it up until February again.

I'm exhausted and it is raining like crazy outside. It's cold, and I'm cozy sitting RIGHT HERE.

My husband's office party is tonight, so I went out in the torrential downpour to find a little black dress. I found one on sale at Macy's for guess how much - $20.00! What a great bargain. And it is cute.

It was a humbling event trying on dresses. My butt has gotten much larger this year. I guess because I spend more time sitting on it than moving it around exercising.

SO, after purchasing the dress, I went out and purchased a pair of form enhancing hose.

Okay, enough pouting. I did create a Christmas card today and made about 30 of them. So, if I can get them addressed, maybe there is SOME hope that my friends and family (that will get these particular cards) will get a card on time.

It was super easy to make.

Anyway here it is:

Warm Little Sweetness

I must admit that I have become quite fond of making little bitty sweaters.   It all started on a recent trek to India traveling for business. I needed to carry just enough yarn to keep my busy bee hands occupied during the evenings in my hotel room. There are just so many hats a person can make, right?  Anyway, having limited quantities of yarn, I decided to give a small sweater a go.  This is the first one I created. I had just the perfect little buttons to add! (It really is amazing what one might find in their cosmetic bag) I love it.  This sweater is also featured on the Pinque Peacock blog   since I used her buttons.  (Go visit and see the buttons up close) This makes the sweater a really one of a kind project! This next one is perfect for a little preemie.  It's so tiny, but features a great big snowflake! Close up of the snowflake…. I also sewed on one of the StampinUp! Frosted Finishes Embellishments.  I think it finished it off nice

Halloween Scrapbooking Sheets

I created these this morning....just in time for making a few treats before the spooks come calling tomorrow night! Enjoy.

Precious Boy

A quiet, misty morning walk in late March 2012. This little precious boy puts a smile on my face every time I look at him. I mean, really, who wouldn't smile like there's no tomorrow at this little guy?  I love him.  Every. Little. Thing. He almost (ALMOST) competes with my husband. My sweet husband with a similar expression.  What do YOU think?
