Valentine Treat

Just a little treat I created for Valentine's Day.

What I did:
I create the template for the front and back so that I could cut it out on my Cricut. It's the first time I ever did that and was it ever fun! Then I put it together using a rectangular strip of paper scored and cut to make a little basket about 1/5 inches wide. I hand cut the designer paper front panel (there's also another one on the back).

I had the crochet flower....something I made last weekend. I added the brad and leaf, attaching it to the front with strong adhesive. Finished it up with the little strip of ribbon at the top and popped in a bag of chocolates!

Spooky Eyeballs

Hello, everyone.  Over the weekend, I made this 12 x 12 inch printable page.  I will add another version later this week, that will have smaller and more numerous eyeballs!

To save at the original version size, click on the image and then click again to zoom in.  Then you can save and print it!

Halloween Scrapbooking Sheets

I created these this morning....just in time for making a few treats before the spooks come calling tomorrow night!

I've done this for a super wonderful friend that is going through a bit of a rough time.  She needs encouragement, so I'm putting together a little art journal to let her know how special she is.
And while this is a special gift, it's also part of a really fun blog hop I'm participating in with the other Mixed Up Media Chix!   Follow along...You'll truly be inspired.
So, if you need to start at the beginning:
Oh, guess what else is going on...
Anyway... Here are a few images of the pages in the journal.

Each page has a little journal page insert:

This journal was made from lots of recycled stuff, including...wait for it....
Toilet Paper Rolls! (yeah, I know...totally cool, huh?)
Old Book Pages (including those from a h…
